What a way to start 2010! Centerville Pie Company Kitchen at Cape Abilities is expanding. Thanks to the generosity of The Stafford Foundation in Washington, DC, Cape Abilities received a grant of almost $20,000 to purchase equipment and help create more jobs for people with disabilities at our pie kitchen – and make more pies!

We have fresh baked and bake & serve (frozen) pies available every day at our pie shop! Just come on in – no waiting!
We’re working hard to set up shipping for our pies – keep checking back, we hope to have it established by March, 2010. Thank you for all of your support!

Thank you Chronicle for the nice story tonight. It was a wonderful to see our pie shop featured.
A clarification: we have not “outsourced production” of our pies. We have built a new, larger pie kitchen and we are continuing to make all of our pies, from scratch. We will never sacrifice quality.
